- What is an Authorized Service Center?
A Sundyne Authorized Service Center is a Sundyne-certified business partner supplying localized Genuine Service and Parts solutions to the end-user, including:
- Routine Maintenance – clean, inspect and replace standard wear components (bearings, gaskets, o-rings, and more) with quick turnaround times, generally less than one week
- Extensive Repair and Refurbishment – repair and refurbishment of units and sub-components to original equipment specifications
- Failure Analysis – gain insightful information from your damaged equipment to aid root cause determination and failure prevention
- Your benefits include
- Reduces need for trained on-site maintenance personnel
- Reduces need for on-site spares inventory
- Ensures your Sundyne equipment is repaired properly the first time OEM parts
- Reduces repair costs by eliminating rework from improper repair techniques and poor quality non-OEM parts
- Extends equipment life through proper maintenance and refurbishment
- Requirements
- Decontamination verification sheet
- Appropriate shipping to service center
- Serial number of pump or compressor
- Material Safety Data Sheets for process fluids/gases
- Description of work to be performed
- Purchase order with contact information
Most overhauls involving standard wear components will be performed within five working days of receiving unit and purchase order at repair center. Turnaround time on more extensive repairs will be quoted on a case by case basis.
